Default To-Do's on a release

We have some default to-do tasks that need to be done for every release and we instead need to manually create it each time. Any way to template this instead? Maybe this could live in the release template.

Using bulk edit to removed "assigned to" from the to-dos

I want to bulk edit to make the "Assigned to" as Unassigned. Since I'm the creator, the current bulk edit won't let me do that. Instead, it adds my name to all the to-dos.

Completing a to-do should mark the "assigned you a to-do" notification as read

If I have complete a to-do, my “PERSON assigned you a to-do” notification should be marked as read if it is not already.Right now, I work through my to-dos then come to notifications and have to go through them all again and mark as read.
