Allow clickable URLs in Idea Portal

We are using a custom field for tracking related JIRA tickets, but when viewing the idea in the portal - the JIRA URL is showing as plain text instead of a URL.

I don't want Done to display in the ideas portal and I don't believe an automatic method for this is available yet.

Idea Portal - Filter by Category

Remove trending/popular from portal

We use the Idea portal for projects (initiative). So as soon as we receive an idea for an initiative we will review it and decide whether or not we will do something with this idea. So we don’t use the voting actually and don't need the 'trending'...

Notification to watchers list for new ideas submission

Any one who is on the watchers list should receive an email confirmation when a new idea is submitted for that product. Currently,the watchers list is getting notified when a new comment is added to an existing idea.
