Ideas portal

We would like to continuously deploy the CSS and HTML of the public Ideas portal from our CI system, via the API. Right now looks like that is not possible, the only workaround being reverse-engineering the form.

One of our idea portal users asked to be able to delete her own idea. It'd be nice to have that as an available option per portal.

Many of our customers have tight email firewalls. Our IP addresses have been whitelisted for our transactional emails. It would be much easier if Aha let us use our IP addresses to send emails related to our ideas portal.
