Authorize company email addresses to send ideas by email and have them appear on the portal without manual action

This would be useful for integrations with other tools to send ideas by email (i.e. the support tool) and not needing to manually set them one by one to appear on the ideas portal.

Show more than one "in progress" in the Filter by Status

I set the workflow status to represent a stage-gate process. So, I have more than one status (4) in the "in progress" Category. It would be very useful have all in the filter.
