Allow "mark as spam" in bulk edit

Currently to mark an idea as spam I have to move through item by item - would love the ability to mark several messages as spam at once.

Ideas Category Hierarchy needs greater spacing

It is difficult to see the differences in the parent hierarchy in the category tree from the children. It would be nice to see a bit of an indent to distinguish the children from the parent level of an Idea Category. See attachment
