Create an idea on behalf of a user (while using the Zendesk integration)

Add identifing number to portal view of ideas list

Who would benefit? Portal users and Aha users What impact would it make? Easier reference to an idea How should it work? Add ability to show reference number for each idea. No behavior change for the software

Select Idea visibility per portal within a workspace which has multiple portals

When an Idea is submitted an admin can choose if the idea is visible in the portal it was created and/or other portals within the workspace.
