Adding Master Features to presentation slides

Currently it is possible to add "Epic details" to presentation slides by using the "Add view" dialog. It would be great if also "Master Feature Details" could be added via this way.

Fixed width for presentation PDF export

When I export a presentation to PDF the width of slides is not fixed, depending on their content. This could actually be considered a bug.

Disable note names

Show comments and to-dos in presentations

When I add a detail page to a presentation, like a feature or initiative detail page, there are times that I would like to display the comments and to-dos as well. These might contain important information about the action plan and status updates.
