Pivot reports with more than one field in the cell shows "&NBSP;" in the header

The header of our pivot reports shows &NBSP; over the cells. It used to show nothing over there. It shows the correct field names when the Cell Headers are displayed.

Remember screen layout preference

Each time I visit Reports, I need to manually change the default grid view to list view. I would prefer for my preference to be remembered e.g. List View so that I don't need to change it each time I visit the Reports - which is often!
