Enable notifications for workflow status

As a user of the idea portal, I would like to be notified when a features moves from one status to another. At the moment, I can only subscribe to a single feature, which is very unfortunate for quite a lot of features to watch.

When on the Feature List, should be able to have a column that shows the Idea the feature came from, so you don't have to open each feature 1 by 1 to see the Idea Id.

Risks/Issues/Escalations?

If I have a dependency on the ghant chart, what happens when it is red? why is there not a blocker feature option (at the least) where are we tracking risks and issues and blockers?
