In both the features and the ideas, I would like to be able to filter by the create date. This would be most helpful when creating a notebook and only showing new ideas that came in in the say the last 30 days or since the last release date.

So that users don't vote for everything, limit the total number of votes they have (which could perhaps be a number that is editable by the Aha! admin). Allowing more than one vote on an item for weighting would be helpful as well.
Sometimes ideas are small and specific, sometimes they are big (ex. add a button vs. create an app that does x). Currently an idea is assumed to only be for a feature.
