I would love to have the quadrants of each chart labeled (Sure things, big bets, quick wins, do not do) so it is easier to communicate what we are looking.

A product may have multiple initiatives and then you realize that they are very similar, but different, and you want to create an intra-product hierarchy. Same product -- multiple, related initiatives.
