Similar to how when an idea is promoted to a feature, the feature status can drive the idea status in the portal. Allow a similar status mapping to exist between initiatives and ideas.

When merging ideas, you can't type the idea number in the search box to find a idea you want to merge with. Typing the idea number would be nice because when we search by keyword a lot of results come up and it is hard to find the idea.
