Bulk edit (features) - should allow to choose goals inherited from product hierarchy

Right now, in feature cards, goals inherited can be chosen. But not in bulk edit. Also, in bulk edit, you see other fields (like initiatives) that allow to chose inherited hierarchy initiatives... But not Goals field.
