Add support for linking to multiple different JIRA issue types

We would like to roadmap product releases with new up-coming features and bug fixes. Aha features currently map to Jira stories but we'd like to map to Jira 'Bug' and possibly 'Improvement' types as well.

When creating feature and selecting feature type "bug" creates issue in Jira as "story"

This is really important to be able to map these when creating new features in releases for me.

Provide a direct import from TFS

TFS import should create a link between Aha! features (and requirements) and TFS issues so that when we import to seed the Aha! account, we can keep the entire history of the TFS issue.

Aha! + JIRA feature/story relationships (e.g. is blocked by, depends on) should match
