Allow more items per page in the ideas portal
Currently you only see 10 results in the portal pages with pagination. Allow more items per page and an option to enable load more functionality. We're already at 1700 ideas within 1 week so allowing people to browse volume at speed is critical

Allow "Customer Reference" number to be included as a variable in email templates
Our customers often have complex mappings of internal issues from programs to the ideas generated in our portal. allowing us to include the customer reference in update emails would simplify their ability to map statuses back to their own documents.
